    Warm-Up – in cadence
    SSH, old man windmills, chain breakers and Gummy Worms

    Classic Beatdown
    Round 1 – 10 of each exercise, jog to the top of the steps, 15 more of the same exercise, jog back to the beginning. Then start the next exercise. Repeato until you are done.
    Hand-Release Merkins
    Klinger Kicks – 4 = 1
    Mike Tysons
    Air Presses – 4 = 1
    Mountain Climbers – 4 = 1
    American Hammers – 4 = 1

    Game Time
    5 gummy worms
    10 Crunchy Frogs – 4 is 1
    15 lunges – 2 is 1
    20 merkins
    15 X-factors
    10 narrow squats
    5 burpees

    After we’ve finished a round of exercises we’ll split up into our teams and play a game.
    Basic rules are that each game you are trying to toss an athletic object – baseball, golf ball, frisbee, etc. onto a level of the amphitheater. First team to finish picks the “prize” for everyone.
    After each game go back down and do all of the exercises. Then you’ve earned the right to play the next game. Due to poor time management by the Q we only got to 2 games!
