Started with 5 core principles, had to mosey over the stadium steps and on the platform. I’m the middle of the two sets of steps, so got right to it.
The thang: there were 4 rounds and in each round you did 4 different exercises, the first time through 10 reps, second time 15 reps, third time 20 reps. After the four exercises you ran up the steps, then all the way down to the bottom the back up to the middle platform.
The rounds consisted of:
1. Merkins, jump squats, pull ups, Big boys
2. Mike Tysons, Bonnie Blair’s, dips, LbCs
3. Diamond merkins, Knee tucks, arm under pull ups, Klinger kicks
4. Hand release merkins, Lt. Dans, Super mans, leg lifts.
Mosey’d back to clock tower and ended with NOR and COT. Danica was the six and spoke if this group’s continuously getting him out of his comfort zone and lifting him up.
