Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
The air was cold and the ground was hard. But not nearly as hard as the bad asses that were about to crush a partner style workout. After a brief warm up and 5 core principles, we got to the thang
We counted off by 2s. The 1s picked a 2. The goal was to complete a certain number of reps of a movement. One partner would perform the move while the other ran 50 yards, 2 burpees and then run back. On their return, they picked up the count where there partner was and traded places. After each move we rotated and switched partners.
