Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

3 Mile Power Hour Ruck from The Oasis around West Toledo, featuring coupons and 80’s-2000’s Rock. The PAX walked in 2 single file lines of 3. Every minute on the minute, the song changed. The coupons were stayed in the same location, the PAX changed spots EMOM.
We passed landmarks: Meatloaf and Romano’s childhood home, OB’s (St. Patty’s Day destination), among others.
