Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Extreme Dodgeball:
    45 minutes of Dodgeball
    Hit by a ball and receive a present

    Red ball – 5 burpees
    Blue ball – 10 big boy sit-ups
    Black ball – 15 squats
    Mystery black ball – 20 of opponents choice

    Catch the ball and the thrower becomes the receiver of the presents.

    Throw the ball and knock over donkey… dole out 40 to the opponents, BUT you need to call it before you throw.
    MISS the donkey and your team owns the 40.

    An exhaustive 45 minutes of extreme dodgeball!
