Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

This day was international coffee day AND Kevin Durant’s birthday. YHC provided free coffee for all who came to 2nd F and we got a workout in in honor of KD, no upper body, all core and cardio!
We kicked off with F3 principles and and a you v you affirmation. Group stretching, a lap around the AO,and more stretching to finish the warm up and we were ready for the Beatdown.
Suicides, scissors, , flutter kicks, planks, suicides, big boy sit ups, LBCs, laps, running, more about work and 20-1 countdown ab reps. It was a fun celebration!
