Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm ups
    -side startle hops
    -lunges and a lap around the park
    The Thang
    7 Stations 100lb sled drag w/merkins–the log flip–the log toss–the farmer log carry w/burpees–2nd 100lb sled drag w/merkins–overhead log press–the log curl.
    Start at a station and move your appropriate oak log(s) until them sleds have been brought back to there starting position. rotate upon the completion of the sled drag. After 3 stations have been completed the pax circled up for ab exercises. Next repeato, repeato, repeato, repeato.
    Jake the Snake took care of count o rama and the circle of trust.
    Damn that was fun.
