Bootcamp style working with elevation option.
MONDAY AT FAITH HILL
Weather: 38F and a strong breeze but dry.
PAX: Mayor, Cobra, Tucky, Sipe, Bambi, Tupac (6), Johnny, Ollie, Splinter, Trinity, Trojan, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0532 (had to wait for Mayor) for the 5CPs, Credo and Mission. Warmed up with SSH, merkins and chain breakers along with a quick mosey around the wildcat and back.
THE THING:
Stayed in a circle and rotated through a list of exercises. Each exercise PAX would do for a minute and then a 30 second break before going to the next exercise. Once all 6 exercises were done we would repeat.
The exercises were:
Diamond Merkins
Freddy Mercury
Caroline Dry Dock
Captain Thor
Mike Tysons
Squats
While all this was going on 3 PAX would take turns pushing the sled (140lbs + sled weight) down, around the wildcat and back up. Once they returned they would fall back into the exercises while the next 3 PAX would go, and continue clockwise around the circle.
We managed to get everybody 4 trips pushing the sled and a number of times around the exercise list. I will note that after round 3 of the sled it was unanimously voted to reduce the weight and perhaps run 4 people per group. Either way every one crushed the workout.
Circled back up for the CoR and NoR. Tupac had a great 6 with how this group helps him stay in shape. Closed out with no announcements and a prayer.
