There were 14 hardy men that participated today in our glorious beatdown. They were Billy Hannibel Stark, Jasin Ticket Ziegler, Berry Moana Taylor, Josh Woodstock Brown, Thomas Mercy Morrissey, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Rick Houdini Hostettler, Kevin Popeyes Connors, Joe Charlotte Parker, Bob Raven McCartt, Samuel Ringo Cordove, Noah Berretta Cordova, Daniel Mile High Cordova and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. We started with an Indian run that was approximately 1/3 a mile to the playground/shelter house area. Our beatdown consisted of 4 stations that were rotated through. All exercises consisted of doing 20 reps each. At station 1 were butterfly sit ups and jump squats. Station 2 were bicycle sit ups and Lieutenant Dans. At station 3 were decline merkins and pistol squats. The final station was pull ups. After our allotted time, we ended in a circle of trust.
