Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Warm up: arm circles, windmills
Round 1: Arms out to side w/ weights for 10 count (pulse). 15 merkins. Run to cones and back. Repeat x 5. Repeat again if way ahead (Champions don’t stop). Hold plank for 6.
Round 2: Arms out front w/ weight for 10 count (pulse). 10 dry docks. Run to cones and back. Repeat x 5. Repeat again if way ahead (Champions don’t stop). Hold plank for 6.
Round 3: 25 presses w/ weight. 5 burpees. Run to cones and back. Repeat x 5. Repeat again if way ahead (Champions don’t stop). Hold plank for 6.
Round 4: 25 Upright rows w/ weight. 10 shoulder taps (2 is 1). Run to cones and back. Repeat x 5. Repeat again if way ahead (Champions don’t stop). Hold plank for 6.
Ended with cor, nor, flo was the 6 and reminded us that physical training is good and necessary, but training your faith is everything.
