   PAX started to roll in early on this gusty morning. While waiting to see if any more PAX would join, YHC called for some side straddle hops to get the PAX warm. After the SSH, YHC ran thru the 5 core principles and credo and a quick audible on the route. Instead of running to Chic-Fil-A, YHC changed the route to stay on the trail and run to Southview. PAX got in 3 to 4.5 miles.

   Ended in COT. Count-o-Rama Name-o-rama, and announcements for the 5K at Southview on Thursday with donations going to the Daughter Project. Cogs was the 6, telling us how he was debating himself about running this morning, trying to talk himself into skipping and walking on his own later in the day, knowing he would regret not running with the PAX and reminding us to live without regrets. Ended with prayer intentions for our health and ability to get out in the gloom, for those that cannot, including Bluto, and prayers for his continued fight, prayers for those travelling for the holiday and that those gathering for the holiday can get along, investing in what we have in common and not our differences.
