Heart Rate Trail
Q: Ticket
PAX: Sipe, Tupac, Trojan, Gap, Flush, Ticket
As the PAX gathered for a Christmas Eve morning run, Flush and Sipe returned from a pre-run with a warning about slick spots. The temps were right around freezing, and the ground was a little wet from some overnight sprinkles. The route was out from HRT to Holland-Sylvania out to Wildwood. The goal was to get over the bridge. PAX chose their own distance and met back at HRT. PAX got in 2 to 4 miles.
Ended in COT. Count-o-Rama Name-o-rama, and announcements for the Christmas Eve run at Wildwood at 8 am Sipe was the 6, telling us how grateful he is for all 3 Fs of F3, including many new friends, and growing his faith. Ended with prayer intentions for Bluto, good time with family for the holiday, and those who have lost loved ones recently.
