Yet another solid Tuesday morning run with a route on the University Parks Trail into Wildwood and over the covered bridge. You could almost hear the hooves pounding from the headless horseman. The route was book-ended by laps around Stranahan, adding an additional half mile, for a total of 4.5 miles. Prayer intentions for those traveling to Nashville, the victim of the gender reveal explosion in TN, Goose’s co-worker who recently lost her father, and the daughter of one of Cog’s co-workers who just completed chemo. Always an honor to lead!
