On a crisp Tuesday morning nine PAX members got together and covered the five core principles of F3. We ran our typical route that covered between 4.3 and 3.0 miles. Unfortunately, Jeter, ran the wrong route but was able to finish at our starting point. These PAX members included: Dory, Jeter, Ozzie, Hedgehog, Mailman, Dr Nick, McMurray, Trojan, and Cogsworth. At the end of our run we did our COT. The sixth was introduced and prayers were presented. It was a very good way to start our day.
