There were 8 brave souls for our Tuesday run. Ollie, Pinewood, Trinity, Jimmy Dean, Ozzie, Mulcahy, Ticket, and Cogsworth. We presented five core principles. Half of the group ran 4.5 and other group ran 4 miles through Wildwood park.At the end of our run we completed our COT.
It was a great way to start our day.
