boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

    We started with 30 Side Straddle Hops in cadence.
    Then we did a warm up run to the roundabout and back. It was approximately a half mile.
    Each PAX was then given 12 exercises to complete in repetitions of 30.
    After each pax completed one round of exercises they did a bear crawl to the first set of cones and then a karaoke to the next set of cones.
    At the other end of the field, each PAX did 7 Burpees.
    We then ran back to the start for the next exercise.
    The 12 exercises were:

    One: Dips
    Two: Alabama Ass Kickers- 4 Count
    Three: Jump Squats
    Four: Merkins
    Five: Big Boy Situps
    Six: Lt. Dan’s- 5 Count
    Seven: American Hammers- 4 Count
    Eight: Plank Jacks
    Nine: Imperial Walkers- 4 Count
    Ten: Squats
    Eleven: LBC’s
    Twelve: Side Straddle Hop’s

    Three Pax made it through all 12 exercises. Nearly everyone else was at least to 10.

    We then mosied back to the flag where we did count-o-rama. Buttermaker was the six. We then did announcements and prayer intentions in the Circle of Trust.
