Accountability Run
QIC: Trinity
Pax: Klinger, Peaches, Kitty, Belding, Beaker, Rubble, Gap, Extra Extra, Jeter, Johnny, Sipe
Quick run through of the 5 core principles of F3, then a review of the routes for a couple of new runners and a CoR. This morning’s typical for 3 – 4 miles felt extra challenging thanks to the near 100% humidity. Throw that in with a few days of celebrating the 4th of July and YHC was dragging.
We closed it out with a CoR, NoR, Gap was our Six and then CoT. Prayers for the Borcher family, Kitty’s cousin, Connie, and Johnny’s sister’s pregnancy.
Always a strong start to Friday and the weekend.
