Accountability Run
Q: Ticket
PAX: Colonel, Trinity, Ozzie, Kitty, Belding, Bubbles, Klinger, Ollie, Gap, Johnny, Sipe, Dory, Jeter, Gadget, Rose, Ticket
15 men joined me in the gloom (though we left with 14 plus myself, more on that later) for what we thought would be a little warm-up for Ozzie, as he continues to train for insane distance. But, alas, it was just a short maintenance run for Oz.
Nonetheless, the PAX were determined to put in some work.
YHC covered the 5 Core principles and got the PAX warmed up with 15 SSH before stepping off.
We headed off for our run toward the University Parks Trail. PAX got 3-4 miles in.
Ended in COT. After the name-o-rama, Rose came around the corner to wrap up his run. Apparently, he forgot that we step off at 5:15 on Fridays.
Prayers for Brute and his M who were heading to the hospital for the delivery of their new baby and those battling illnesses.
