Beatdown style workout with your F3 Brothers. No better way to start off a Monday.

Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.

    1/9/23 – THE Bart Naylor

    Q – Gap

PAX – TRex, Nougat, Gas Man, Patch, Jeter, Dr. Bruce Banner, Beaker, Dauber, Wilson, Juice, THE Situation, Cobra Commander, Mailman, Sideshow, Nerf Gun, Bull, Scrooge, Care Bear, Wild Sprayer, Cogsworth, Gap

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles, and agenda.

Warmup – Traditional SSH (30ea) to establish an implied concern for raising the core body temperature prior to initiating The Thang.

    The Thang –

We began with a “memory lane” segment establishing who Bart Naylor was, how our first interaction took place, and the corresponding influence he had on my life. Based on the combined previously mentioned events, we moved into the D.I.C.K.S. workout

Within the Moon Tower alcove, the pax performed 30ea:

    Dips
    Imperial Walkers (2:1)
    Crunches
    Klinger Kicks (2:1)
    Squats

Once completed, the PAX ran to the sidewalk and performed 30ea Nolan Ryans (15 Left side and 15 Right side) and then Lunged back to the alcove. After repeating a second set of each, the group paused for a second interaction with Bart Naylor.

Once the epic tale concluded, we continued with another cycle (30 ea D.I.C.K.S.) with a modification of Lunging to the sidewalk, adding 30ea Pickle Pounders to the 30ea Nolan Ryans, and T-Bag-Twisting back to the alcove. After completing a 4th round, the workout concluded. Fun was had by all.

COT- Prayers for our troops and first responders who provide the safety and security to gather and express ourselves in this manner. A prayer of comfort for those who are dealing with mental and physical issues, as well as those we love and care about. A prayer of hope for those who are without safety and a shelter in these cold times.
