Workout:
The workout was pretty simple today, we Mosey’d over to parking lot near main entrance.
-Cones were spaced out about 15 yards apart
-Partner up, one partner runs suicides, other partner performs 15-20 merkins and then planks. (60 second run 15 second rest)
-15 rounds.
-20 big boy sittups
-20 crunchy frogs
-20 2 is 1 american hammers
-20 flutter kicks
-Mosey’d back to shovel flag.
-Sideshow was the 6, prayers for our community and country offered up.
