Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.
Today the pax’s did cardio and strength.
After warming up with SSH, we moved to the parking lot by the parking garage.
We sprinted between two points, the distance was maybe 70 yards.
At one end we did down on three up on one merkins every time.
At the other end we varied between burpees, squats, alternating wide merkins, reverse lunges, diamond merkins, windshield wipers, Klinger kicks all in cadence.
The pax’s were Mercy (welcome back), Cobra Commander, Cogsworth, Tidwell, Vance Refrigeration, Patch, and Sipe.
