F3’s Mission: To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.

“The Wheel of Fortune”
Warm-up Mosey from front of U hall to the “wheel” in Centennial Mall
QIC led the PAX around the wheel (6 stations) and demonstrated proper form and proceeded to the center. Counted off by 3’s and established working teams. Teams proceeded out of the center of the wheel in Bear crawl to one of the 6 stations.
-6 Stations were Squat-Jacks, Peter Parkers, Burpees, Jack-webs, MerFlipDips and MT Climbers.
Once the station was completed PAX lunged back to the center where a Die was rolled. Each number correlated to another exercise. Plank Jacks, ABC’s, Bonnie Blairs, Hip Drops, Mike Tysons, Starfish. Once complete, PAX rotated clockwise to the next spoke of the wheel,….repeato.
Once the wheel was completed, we Moseyed to the “other hill in Toledo” and completed three sprints up and a bear crawl up. Moseyed back to the center of the wheel and completed the Center exercises 1-6 in sequence.

The 6 – Mayor– Talked about his journey in F3. Went from posting 1-2 times per week to posting almost every day. Encouragement to new PAX looking to improve themselves and the community around them.
