Started with a Mosey to the University Seal. Trinity led PAX in some SSH x 20 and Windmills x 10 while YHC did some brief set up. Beatdown consisted of 10 rounds of work in a ladder type progression as follows:

This was the top of the ladder. Continue working by going down the ladder, i.e., do Round 5, then Round 4, then Round 3, then Round 2, and finally Round 1 again. All PAX put in some solid work! TClaps to Hedgehog and Pinewood (and I’m sure Rubble too) for finishing all 10 rounds!! Moseyed as a group back to the front of the Moon Tower for COT.
