No FNGs so into core principals.
Headed to the center of Centennial Mall where the beatdown took place. This workout was OYO so each member of the PAX could push themselves as much as they were comfortable with. Complete the first exercise then run up a shoot backwards then back to the center forward. Repeat that exercise then do the next before running again. Basically, with the exception of the first exercise, you are always doing two exercises before running and repeating the last one you did. Start from the top when all are completed.
