At the 10yd 10 exercises, at 20yd 20 exercises. At 30, 30 exercises.
Ea round consisted of a different run style, backwards, shuffle, lunge, etc. And the same exercise. Example- rd one was backwards run with merkins. Rd 2 was karaoke with lbcs. Last rd was bear crawl to 10 with 3 burpees and bearcrawl back in honor of new guy!

Scrooge was 6th. I stacked the deck since he criticized my COT order! Actually just luck.
