With UT Centennial Mall under construction YHC figured it would be a great time to take a field trip to a hill I remember rucking up and hating. Big surprise running up it is just as bad as rucking up it.
The Thang:
21’s Top of the hill Big Boy Situps, Jump Squats bottom of Hill HR Merkins & Mt Climbers.
YHC may have bitten off more than I could chew but I wanted to keep Khan busy and shockingly no one finished the 21’s all the while mumble chatter and a bit of complaining was on point today. The humidity could have been a bit higher to make the morning more miserable but it’s nice to see the sun come up. No need more any music on days like today huffing and puffing is just fine.
