Park on Drummond, Goddard or Meadowwood and meet in front of the clock tower at University Hall.
Today was chest day.
Warm up ssh and running.
Exercises: suicides, diamond merkins, regular merkins, squats, flutter kicks, partner sit ups.
On the benches decline merkins and dips.
Obviously this was decline merkin dominated.
The pax’s were: Sleeves, Ollie, Jimmy Dean, Nougat, Tidwell, Ricky Bobby, Patch, Coconut, Gap, and Sipe.
