    The order of the Get Right (1-Fitness, 2-Fellowship and 3-Faith) is prescriptive, not random. Although it might seem philosophically that Faith should come first and that Fellowship should precede Fitness, that just does not turn out to be true as a practical matter.

    – 3 Penalty Burpees IC if the coupon is dropped, additional penalty Burpee is added on for any additional drop (it was never dropped)

    Workout
    – Pax plank while Q explained workout
    – Perform exercises at far station (street) then run to near station (MT) and perform exercises
    – All exercises are 22 Reps
    – EMOM (2 minutes) – stop what you are doing and perform a Burpee
