Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Team Effort Q: Sideshow, Beaker, Flush, Dirty, Simmons, Oh Geez, Mulcahy

    Warm up: 15 SSH, mosey.
    The Thang (each pax member led part of the beatdown)

    half the group did 10 pull ups and half ran down the hill. 2 sets
    mosey back to the flag
    10 Burpees/20 mountain climbers 10 Merkins
    Hold high and low plank 10x counting around the circle.
    The killer B’s
    5 Broad Jumps>5 klinger kicks>5 Broad Jumps> 5 BBSU Bear crawl back to the start and repeat 4,3,2,1.
    Run around the school: Sprinting and jogging in between the doors.
    10 Overhead Block Press with 20 Squats
    20 Curls with 20 Squats
    Bear crawl thru the Orange Barrels.
