Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
Warm-Up
Normal warm-up – SSH, windmills, chain breakers, Gummy Worms
Work-Out
Part 1 – Core Warm-Up – each PAX member picks an Ab Exercise and leads us in the ab exercise.
Part 2 – pyramid scheme
Have cones set-up in the parking lot in a ladder formation.
1st cone 5 reps, 2nd cone 10 reps, 3rd cone 15 reps, 4th cone 10 reps, 5th cone 5 reps – so up and down the pyramid
Round 1 – Overhead Press and Rifle Carry
Round 2 – Squats and Lunge
headed over to the pull up bars for some extra work
Round 3 – Squirls and Murder Bunny
Play a Game of Tire Ball – the first game is Curling.
Round 4 – Manmakers and Mozie
Round 5 – Merkins and Tea Bag Twist
Round 6 – Curls and Farmer Carry
Play a Game of Tire Ball – Bowling Edition. Put cones up on the hill and try to bowl them over.
