Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
EVENT: Cardio For Breakfast

Burpees in Cadence x 10
Then
5x broad jump
5x Big Boys
5x Bonnie Blair
Run to parking lot entrance and back
Copy and paste 7 x to reach total of 100 Burpees.
