Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
This morning 4 awesome dudes joined me and kept moving pace workout. We did 11s. We added some new exercises. We stayed warm with mumble chatter about being 21 years old. Oh the dumb things and the good times.
