Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Run the Hill with your Ruck on every other cycle.
Top of the Hill with Ruck on:

11 Ruck Swings
Bottom of the Hill (Ruck off)
5 Stump Huggers
6 V – Ups
7 Star Fish 2/1
8 Hip Drops 2/1
9 Big Boi’s
10 Mt Climbers 4/1
11 Crunchy Frogs
After approx. 3 Cycles, we performed a farmer carry down to the road and completed 15 thrusters, farmer carry back.
Completed 2-3 more cycles.
Finished up with a ruck on hill run and 20 merkins.
