Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Started with 5 core Principles

    Beatdown:

    11’s style beatdown, Pax completed 2 exercises always adding up to 11.

    First Round : Merkins, Squats

    In Between rounds pax did tire flip races

    Second Round : LBC’s, Klinger Kicks

    In Between Round Tire Flips

    Third Round: Plank Jack Shoulder taps, Lunges (2is1)

    2 sets of Tire Races

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT

    Pax: Dory, Rooster, Mr. Clean, Quadzilla, Backdraft, Dumpsterfire, Hoosier, Biff, Uber, Bob Vance, Riggins, Iron Tucky (FNG), Bambi, Irish Springs
