Bedford, boot camp

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    1. 297 Squats
    2. 297 LBC’s
    3. 297 Air Presses
    4. 298 Klinger Kicks
    5. 298 Mt. Climber’s
    6. 298 American Hammers
    7. 298 SSH
    8. 298 Squats
    9. 298 Big Boys
    10. 298 Merkins

    In between each exercise we ran every other row of the stairs. Pax got through 5 exercises. The goal was to get to all 10 exercises which would add up to 2977 reps. Which is a tribute to the 2977 individuals who lost their lives during the 9/11 attackes.
