Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    We welcomed FNG- Tool Man

    We used the football field to climb the ladder.

    Set 1
    5 Burpees
    10 Mike Tysons
    15 Shoulder Taps
    20 Air Presses
    Climb the ladder and Repeat until we get the the goal line and back

    Set 2
    5 Lt. Dans
    10 Lunges (2 is 1)
    15 Jack Squats
    20 Calf Raises
    Climb the ladder and Repeat until we get the the goal line and back

    Set 3
    5 Big Boys
    10 American Hammers (2 is 1)
    15 LBC’s
    20 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)
    Climb the ladder and Repeat until we get the the goal line and back

    Set 4
    5 Quadzillas (Triple Bear- 3 is 1)
    10 Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)
    15 Supermans
    20 Imperial Walkers (1 is 1)
    Climb the ladder and Repeat until we get the the goal line and back

    The ladder was run to the 30 Yd Line and back, Opposite 30 Yd line and back, and Goal Line and back In between each set.
