   While T-town was strongly represented in Cincinnati’s GoRuck, 15 members of the PAX (including 1 FNG) stormed the Faith Hil 12 times for Jimmy Dean’s 12 Hills of Christmas. After a brief warm-up, it was time to get to work.

   Jimmy Dean passed out his Christmas cards a little early so the PAX would know what they were doing after each hill run. Gadget, being the smartest PAX present, suggested we start at the top of the hill instead at the bottom so we could read the Christmas card under the parking lot lights.

   The PAX lined up at the top of the hill, ran down and back up 1 time in between each round of exercises. After each hill run, a new exercise was added to the previous ones, just like the verses of The 12 Days of Christmas. Here are the exercises:

   1 Body Builder (did 12 total)
   2 Donkey Kicks (did 22 total)
   3 Plank Jacks (did 30 total)
   4 Mountain Climbers (2 is 1; did 36 total)
   5 LBC’s (did 40 total)
   6 Burpees (did 42 total)
   7 Squats (did 42 total)
   8 Flutter Kicks (2 is 1; did 40 total)
   9 SSH (did 36 total)
   10 Shoulder Taps (2 is 1; did 30 total)
   11 Towel Hops (2 is 1; did 22 total)
   12 DIamond Merkins (did 12 total)

   The PAX remained strong, despite the beatdown, as Trinity took over the 2nd half of the workout:

   Bataan Death March (mosey around the school 2x, Indian run, 3 Burpees)

   Mosey down to the practice field:
   10 yards Bear Crawl
   10 Yards Frog Hop
   Alternate down the field, sprint back

   Repeat

   Sprint 10 yards, 1 Merkin, back to goal line
   Sprint 20 yards, 2 Merkins
   Sprint 30 yards, 3 Merkins
   Sprint 40 yards, 4 Merkins
   Sprint 50 yards, 5 Merkins

   Finished with a round of Guantanamo.

   We welcomed an FNG who is a Michigan fan and appropriately dubbed him “Sweater Vest.”

   COT: Prayers for our brothers rucking in Cinci, Gadget reminded us to pray for the troops, and Mayor reminded us to be grateful for all that we have in our lives. JImmy Dean closed in prayer as the sky was turning red for the sunrise.
