    The Thang:

    In celebration of the 6-month anniversary of F3 Toledo, the PAX was treated to “Red Flag Day” @ Faith Hill. Red Flag Day was inspired by the legendary Iowa Wrestling Coach & Olympic Champion, Dan Gable. A workout of non-stop motion and hustle for 45 minutes.

    The PAX would complete three (3) loops of the running course with four (4) marked stops along the course for a quick exercise. Total mileage achieved for the workout was 3.32 miles.

    The course began at the top of Faith Hill and ran completely around the back side of Northview High School down to the tree along Slica Dr. for the first exercise.

    The PAX would then run over the bridge to the parking lot along Monroe St. for the second exercise.

    The course would circle back over the bridge and run along the length of the football field for the third exercise in the endzone.

    To finish, the PAX would run up Faith Hill and complete the fourth stop in the Northview parking lot (same point as the start). Once finished the PAX would circle back and run to the 6 to finish each loop as a group.

    After the first loop, the PAX completed three (3) sets of Faith Hill suicides before beginning the second loop. During rest the PAX would be completing Air Squats as to adhere to the continuous motion of Red Flag Day.

    Workout:

    * Loop 1 – 10 merkins @ each stop
    * Three (3) Faith Hill Suicides (3 cones)
    * Loop 2 – 10 Flutter Kicks @ each stop
    * Loop 3 – 10 burpees @ each stop

    Thanks everyone for posting and allowing me the honor to Q the 6-month anniversary workout.
