After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX set off on a coupon-free ruck. We took the gravel trail down to Central Avenue and back up to the Oasis where we did a half loop around the park.
COT, COR and NOR.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Ticket’s father-in-law and safety for those coming back from spring break.
