1/2/2018 Ruck at The Caddyshack

PAX: Dauber, Modell, Mother Rucker, Gap
Romano Q’ed at The Caddyshack on a bone-chilling morning. We fired up a Power Hour…every minute on the minute a new activity, with 80’s Rock Songs changing every minute to signify the new activity.
3 miles of walking, jogging, and leg work (squats, one leg squats, calf raises, jump squats, walking lunges, repeat, repeat, repeat) led to the PAX warming up quickly. We only covered 3 miles because every 3rd minute, we were stationary doing the leg work.
Around the 2.5 mile mark, the music died out as the cold drained the battery on Q’s phone. The PAX hoofed it back to The Caddyshack in time for the Count-o-Rama and Name-o-Rama.
Prayer Intentions were offered: A praise for The New Year, prayers for the Del Verne family, prayers for Dauber headed back to school after a long layoff, Gap’s travel to Kentucky safely, and others were mentioned.
Q offered some final thoughts…and we all got back in our cars were it was “warm.”
