   Ruck: Opened up with the five F3 principles and started the ruck on this beautiful Tuesday winter morning! At 30° outside, this felt like a nice warm morning compared to the frigid single digit and negative wind chill temps we’d faced the last few weeks. We stepped off and headed east through the park, went South to Bancroft and took the trail west along Bancroft. Went onto the UT campus, up the hill on the east side of the Glass Bowl stadium, and down the stadium steps on the west side of the stadium. Left campus heading east on Bancroft and hopped back on the park trail leading to the Kenwood Ave. side until we arrived back at our starting place.
   We covered 4.06 miles in 65 minutes. The temperature was great but the paths, roads, and sidewalks were icy, which slowed our pace a bit.
   Ended with count-o-rama, name-o-rama, and COT. Prayers for Katie, Buck, Colt, and the men of the PAX.
