    QIC: Modell

5 PAX: Dauber, Gap, Romano, Mother Rucker, Modell.

Modell kicked the morning off with F3 principles. Good reminder from Romano and Dauber to always include our reminder of you vs you (modify as needed and pay attention to your body), own free will (don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do or don’t feel comfortable doing), escalate any safety concerns to the QIC and site Q.

The PAX kicked off and headed out of the park going east and then north on ProMedica Parkway along side the under construction Toledo Hospital Generations Tower. As usual, we got car horn honks in support and questions about what we’re doing! Dauber and Modell responded “We’re rucking! F3 Toledo. Fitness, fellowship, and Faith.”

We continued north over Monroe St. and Central Ave. onto the 475 overpass bridge and down to Upton Ave. We rucked south on Upton and cut through the old McKinnley Elementary neighborhood down Jermain Dr. and Holyoke Dr. We crossed over Monroe St. and cut through a neighborhood to get to N. Cove Blvd and then rucked down Upton to Ottawa Park.

Once at Ottawa Park, we got the links and cut through on some of our regular Caddyshack trails. A little over 60 minutes in and 3.7 miles down, we finished our Caddyshack ruck. A good morning covering new ground at the Caddyshack AO!

COT: count-o-rama, name-o-rama. BOM: prayers for those that have lost loved ones and struggling with life’s challenges as well as praise reports for healing of illnesses. Patience with family and friends, and that we’d be given opportunities to connect with other men in a way that makes them want to come out to F3 to impact their lives and help them and us become better men for families and community.

Thanks for the opportunity to Q!
