PAX: 5 total – Gap, Dauber, John Henry, Usain, Modell.
Kicked off a simple ruck with F3 principles. Stuck to the outer rim of the park in order to stay away from swimming in the puddles of rain. Got a few showers early on, but that don’t stop no ruck!
An hour later with good convo had, the PAX had completed about 3.3 miles of rucking.
COT: COR, NOR, KNOW-YOUR-6 (with 5 men present, YHC highlighted his appreciation of each man, though a truck trying to park kind of ruined the moment! 🙂 ), Announce-o-Rama, BOM.
