   Bagels, Mailman, El Chapo, Mr Belding, Bluto, Gadget, Uncle Jesse, Scrum, Brita, Tupac, Houdini, Mary Lou, Hedgehog, Brokevich, Lavar, and Pixar (Q)

   Warm up
   – side straddle hops
   – imperial walkers
   – Monkey humpers

   Mount climber sprints:
   40 mountain climbers then sprint 50
   Coming back repeto
   30 mountain climbers then sprint 75
   Coming back repeto

   Break up into 3 groups

   Triangle of love:
   – First circuit – 50 burpees
   – Second circuit – 400 skips
   – Third circuit – 7 to 1 Merkins – bear crawls 40 yards in between

   Last 10 minutes – Ultimate frisbeee. Splint into two groups. Skins won 5-2. Goose you missed it.
   COT
   – Scrums Fathers-in-law passing
   – For troops and first responders
   – Houdini – Family
   – Riley and colt
   – Kids going back to school
   – Injuries
