Do 10 reps each of the following 10 exercises
Merkins
Crunchy Frogs
Lunges (2 is 1)
Monkey Humpers
Slo-Mo Merkins
Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
Squats
Horsey Ups
Diamond Merkins
Nolan Ryans
Split into teams of about 3 or 4
Game #1 – Playing Catch Relay
Throw the ball to a teammate. If you catch it, move on. If you drop it, everyone does 3 penalty burpees. Down to the end where the cones are and back.
Throw the ball to a teammate with your Off Hand. Same routine as before.
Repeato the exercises from before
Game #2 – Hitting Relay
One team member pitches to a teammate. If they hit it, run to where it lands, switch jobs and keep going. If the batter misses he does 5 penalty merkins, then tries again. Rotate batters. Down to the end of the field and back.

Game #3 – In a Pickle
Take turns being “in a pickle” just like little league days. Everyone takes a turn being the pickle.
No penalties, just fun!

Game #4 – Run the Bases
stop at 1st and do 5 merkins, stop at 2nd and do 10 merkins, stop at 3rd and do 15 merkins, stop at home and do 20 merkins
Repeato with Squats
Game #5 – Home Run Derby
Set up cones to mark the “fence”
Everyone gets a chance to hit one over the “fence” for the hitting tee.
Make it over. Simple down and back.
Short. 3 Penalty Burpess. Then down and back.
