The Thang: Partner up and one Pax does 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 BBSitups at each cone and runs back while the partner planks. Repeat 20, 30 Reps
Team Handball: Split into two teams and played handball on the soccer field trying to score goals, lots of running
