Warmup: 20 SSHs; 20 squats; 20 incline Merkins all in cadence
Thang: Card deck beatdown with the following PT:
-Diamonds = merkins
-Hearts = Horsey Ups
-Spades = Tricep Dips (# on card x2)
-Clubs = Squats (# on card x2)
-Ace of any suit = 10 burpees
CoT: Bagels was the 6 and spoke about his Yankees fandom and the fact that he and many other F3 Toledo OGs first met on a Catholic men’s retreat. His original HC from Klinger was due to this connection. Prayers for Speedo’s father-in-law and Brita’s mother-in-law who recently passed.
