    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, and between 2 cones spaced out about 15 yards apart we did high knees, butt kicks, and laterals.

    Then, with 5 cones spaced out about 15 yards apart, we did 10 reps of an exercise at each cone, jogging in between. Once we got to the last cone, we did side straddle hops until the 6 was finished, and then sprinted back to the first cone.

    The exercises were:

    Mountain climbers
    Mike Tyson’s
    Plank jack shoulder taps
    Big boys
    Twinkle toes
    Aussie burpees

    Afterwards we cooled down with some stretches.

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
