Pax (5): Bagels, Stamper, Shooter, B-Rad, Trojan(Q)
Warmup: 1/2 mile mosey to the shelter at Fossil Park
Thang: Basic sequence was PT in the shelter focusing on upper body or legs…run the dip behind Fossil Park…core work…run the dip back. Each round included the following:
1) 20 decline merkins…run the dip…20 big boy SUs…return (x2)
2) Split squats (10 per leg)…run the dip…20 Klinger kicks (2 is 1)…return (x2)
3) 20 tricep dips…run the dip…20 American Hammers (2 is 1)…return (x2)
Pax cooled down with a return run back to the flag. Total mileage for this BD was roughly 2.5 miles.
CoT: Bagels was our 6 and spoke to the need for accountability and that there was “no way I would be out here getting my heartrate up to 171 if not for you guys.” Announcements included reminder about the Summer Challenge and reminder about CSAUP Saturday. Prayers for the men who got after it tonight, for any Pax facing life challenges, and a prayer of thanks for the ability to be able to challenge ourselves.
