Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    Stark filled in for the late Q. He opened with the Mission and Principles. They set up for the Paula Abdul circuit. They started with bear crawls between the cones, both forward and back ward. The exercise was Peter Parkers first then windshield wipers. They finished with a suicide run to each cone and back. The Q, Landslide after oversleeping showed up. We split up into teams of two. Four stations were set up. Each tem had to do sets of 50 reps for each exercise at each station. At station 1 was pull-ups and hanging knee lifts. At station 2 was dips, starfish sit ups, merkins, and 50 seconds of a plank. At station 3 was overhead presses with cement blocks, big boy sit ups and the 5 50 yard sprints. The last station was burpees and LBC’s. We ended in a circle of trust. Attending were Matt Stark Yarder, Myron Tupac Bowers, Josh Woodstock Brown, Bob Raven McCartt, George Dutch Bertz, Jonathon Bourbon Burns, Rick Huckleberry Thielen, Scott Geppetto Schutt, John Huffy Peer, Jake Jennay Wittmer, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Bill Channel Colon and the part time Q Mark Landslide Trimble. 13 total.
